• President: Lelan Hein

Lelan Hein earned a BA in Philosophy and English from Cal State Sacramento in 1972 which he graduated Magna Cum Laude. He went on to receive his MA from Brock University in Comparative Philosophy in 1974 and later his ABD in Comparative Philosophy in 1978 from the University of Hawaii. He’s been a plumber since 1980. He has done active and passive leak detection  for 26 years, pool and plumbing contractor for 18 years, and utilities locating for 12 years. He started Hawaii Geophysical Services in 2002.

• General Manager: Paul Vierling

Paul Vierling began his career working with family owned businesses. He also has experience, serving in various capacities from sales/marketing to executive management, with several multinational organizations private and public. Paul is currently the General Manager with Hawaii Geophysical Services, LLC.

• Office Manager: Julia Post

Julia began her career with the Colorado State Government working with Employment and Unemployment Insurance Agencies. For the last 10 years she worked in managing marinas in three different states. Currently she is the office manager for two sister companies and manages the accounting and human resource functions.
